Nice ... I really want to get a canopy also to put a roof top tent on , one day.

Got me car back today after I killed my clutch. Changed to 4Terrain HD & SMF. Loving it so far. Clutch is alot softer now and friction point right down low instead of right at the top now.

Today I installed a Optima yellow top battery to feed my 3 amps with juice when they ask for it. So now I've got two batteries in my D40.

Had my extended brake lines installed. big thanks to nathan! for dropping them down.
Much better now and no more violin strings!!

Been thinking of getting a 2" suspension lift so went out and had a look at what would need doing. First thing i noticed is someone had put the springs on upside down... Wait no they havnt... They are just fooked! Original shocks in ther to. No wonder it goes round corners like a pogo stick
It only got 150k on the clock so what is it with nissan springs? I have a 45 year old van and it been well used and the springs are still exellent so its rubbish quality they are putting in the car.
Well at least i wont be taking off good suspension to improve it!

Changed the rear diff oil and pulled the dash apart and hid all the cabling and wiring for my aerials and vacuum hose for the boost gauge.

Wired in the lights for the boost gauge. Tapped into the ashtray light in the centre console as i dont use the ashtray anyway and earthed it under there too.
