I went 4wding on New Years eve, then went and got pissed.
Since been juggling work and every other request.
There's always shit on, pretty sure I have been invited to 3 parties this weekend.

Had a busy NYE cutting down trees, had 3 beers after we stopped and didn't even see midnight!
Right now I am fighting with myself for doing something so friggen stupid and costing myself a shitload of extra work, currently I am winning the fight but it's a close one.

Nah all 6 trees dropped pretty much where we wanted them , one grazed the carport and bent the guttering but didn't pull it off but there was no accidents there. We did manage to get about 25-30 sqm of wood chips out of the trees through.
My F'Up was today, deleted one of my websites off the server while I was suppose to be putting up the new version for the copywriter to look at. Also deleted several client sites on the same server. Was just a click of a button while I was thinking about something else and the whole lot was deleted.

Nah it's not C Panel but yeah I do agree.
I was lucky that all the work I'd been doing was on the local server and not the webserver which meant the back up even though they were more than 24 hours old were more than enough to get the info back. I've restored the data now and I'm updating file by file now rather than mass update while day dreaming and having to go through it all again!

Well it's taken me about 4 hours to get everything back up and running and it took me a little while to consider my options (after I kicked the crap out of myself) but yeah it's a relatively easy fix. Still wont have the entire site updated for an hour or so as I check each file but it will be done and the copywriter will have a job to do tonight.
In some ways it's a little easier to accept because it's my site and not a client site trying to run a business. The clients I have on the site are not selling or using the site to make money so nothing is lost and I don't have anyone bitching about sites being down.

I seriously can't remember the last time I used any computer for porn. I remember 10 years ago I used to sell porn passwords to people (dad's work mates were deviates the work library had over 5000 porn movies in it) and it was a good money spinner. Although a bit harder to do now days it can still be done but I can't even be stuffed doing that much.
Bit stupid but I found myself laughing my butt off when I thought about it..
