I agree with everything you've said Brad, it's important none of us blast people like this and tell them to f-off etc as we don't want to look like that, I am sure all you guys understand that.
The registration form has a field for Car Rego.
When we deal with people like this we can say to them that car rego's will be checked upon arrival and unless their Rego is on our list of attendees they won't be allowed into our corner of Janowen, or on our trips, Navkhanas, around the campfire, included in raffles etc.
Does this guy know anyone on the forum? If not, then it's highly unlikely he'll show up and try and be included.

I'll just word it something like this.
"As the park is still open to the public during the muster, they are free to come along to janowen hill on that weekend. Although if they are not willing contributors to the muster and not covered by our public liability insurance, then they unfortunately will not be able to enter the areas set aside for people partaking in the muster or enter and participate in an activities organised by the muster"

Just saw this. Words look ok to me as well. They dont have a Nav, not paying and then they are not in our group. Sorry. No prizes, no gymkhana entry etc....

Ps - I have a few mates I was going to bring along but they don't have Navaras. I decided two weeks ago not to invite them. We are on track for a good Nav meeting and I'm looking forward to it and meeting you lads!

Well that's true, and as the park may still be open to the public during the Muster, they are free to come along to Janowen on that weekend. But we are getting some good numbers registered and the park may yet close out that weekend to anyone else.....
The Muster has always been for Navara owners. If you do come along to Janowen on the same weekend, but do not pay our rego fees, then we are sorry but you will not be able to enter the areas set aside for people partaking in the Muster, get the huge list of freebee's in the showbag, enter the mini-gymkhana events, meet our sponsors, get the lucky numberplate prizes etc, etc.....
We are not for profit, the registration fee is there to cover fees and costs only, and all profits from our awesome Raffle is raising money for the Royal Flying Doctors Service. We do hope to see heaps of Navara owners there on the 18-20 Oct 2013."

At the last meeting we decided we'd put the showbags together on the Friday morning at the Muster, so hang onto 'em for now.

i have a 3x3mtr gazebo in the shed
ime happy to bring it if we can put it to some use??
Geoff brought a gazebo to Ados and the wind destroyed it. Didn't make for a happy time. We have one as well and might bring it too, but we have to be ready to pull them down in a high wind.
