I think the dump pipe made the most difference cause the standard one looked pretty restrictive

Was it a pretty hot day when you run it?

Thought I might put up a pic of my dyno sheet. It was about 5 degress and about 11pm at night when I got it done

Results of the dyno - 3rd gear, tyre pressures at 32.
Standard - 60kw.
Chip set at 5 - 70kw
Chip set at 7 - 76kw
add exhaust - 80.2kw.

34% increase, thats an awesome result.

Interesting that the exhaust didn't make much difference, but certainly still needed to keep the EGT under control.

Just ordered my Lokka from 4wdsystems, unfortunetly they don't have any in stock and will have to wait to late next month to get it. Bummer

Matt. Could you if possible post up the important dimensions as a reference for others that are looking at building a tray? Most notably the dimensions of the mounts fore and aft plus width between them.

Hey mate, if this is a camping rig, i'd be incorporating a water tank & pressure pump into it, best mod i've done by far. I got lucky with mine, but you doing it from scratch shouldn't have any problems, and theres so much space under there

I'll be eventually getting a camper but I was going to put a tank underneath for washing hands etc. Plus there is going to be a 18L air compressor going under there

Also, is that intercooler hard piping running through the wheel arch into the Bullbar on first pic?

Yep sure is, I had to cut a hole in the bullbar mount (Not the best thing to do but i'll be making a new bullbar soon so its not to bad. I did have a engine bay cover in there but it went missing a few weeks ago

nice job Matt. I really like the angles on the roll bar for the tray and the box tubing. You painting it up?? Should see it in person pretty soon

Thanks, I was thinking of doing the roll bar as tube but I thought box might give it a better look. My dad is a paint inspector in town so he knows a few good paint shops that will paint it for a carton

Just thought to keep you all interested until the next update I might throw a few pics up of my other toy i've got.

Its a 47" mono hull race boat powered by a heavily modified 26cc zenoah engine (basically an angry whipper snipper engine) Top speed so far I have hit (still running it in) is about 74kph.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention my Lokka has been ordered and should be here by the end of next month :D
