Installing roll bars alongside Raiton roller up?

Hello folks. My vehicle is a 2010 Nav LE and I already have a Raiton roller up tonneau cover installed. Now I have an idea to install roll bars but local installers say it is next to impossible with the Raiton cover already on. Any thoughts on this? I currently don't have a photo of the cover since I'm on my sickbed... But will try to post some soon in case it is necessary. What I'm looking at are the CB510 Carryboy roll bars.
