Not yet mate. Thinking I might get the standard one though just to cut down on the length. I did like the idea of attaching a hose and putting it straight into a bottle

Small update. Just ordered my outback roof console and should have it soon. Will install when I have free time. Which is sometime between now and chrissy

i checked out the roof consols, liked the idea, but being 6'4" tall it turned out that my head would smack right into it. :(

I'll check yours out Russ when you do it if thats ok, still want to get an Outback console. Only thing is I then I have to buy a UHF to put in it, :redcool:

I was following the "RustyNav" down the highway the other morn Russ, gees it looks clean and ding free after a trip to the Cape!

What day did you see the rig Ray? Just working out whether it was the wife or I. Console should be here tomoz or Monday. Prob be fitting it next weekend. It is clean but unfortunately the rear bar didn't allow ding free. It will be getting a detail soon to tidy it back up. That red dust stains everything

Looks great & I like the LED Lights.... just wondering how close close your head gets to the console? Especially when you're bouncing around 4wdriving......

well today i got the new swoitch panel in and new wiring done off the 100ah battery. i cant get picutres up here yet cause for some reason my phtobucket password aint working. Also got the new ihf mic holder and bits put onto the outback roof console.

as soon as i get y photobucket passwprd ill put pics up

Photobucket must have been playing up lastnight. it works tonight. Here come the pictures.

So i had a new switch panel made up out of 5mm alloy plate(not sheet, apparently there is a difference). i didnt get a blank picture of the panel only finished products. have a look through my thread for the old one and look at the comparison. this new one mets my needs 100% better then the last.

Switch panel with coloured anderson plugs representing different items. I got the 50amp Anderson plugs from AG Wholesalers and they cant be plugged into each other. so you cant plug red into yellow or blue into red etce etc. i got Black, red, blue, yellow and none cna be plugged into each other only the same colour can be plugged into each other. Its a safety feature and makes stuff fool proof.
