Don't know if this is a stupid question but planning to try find problem of my knocking noise tomorrow and was going to possibly remove struts. I think I was reading somewhere they had a directional arrow on top as which way they face. Anyone know if this is true or not?

Can't remember when I installed them.

Thanks mate, I took them out and reinstalled them seems like I had them the correct way, think they only worked one way anyhow. Tried a few things you said but haven't much idea to be honest I'm a builder and think I better stick to what I know lol. Haven't tested it properly but seems like it's gone a little will know later tonight. Took sway bar off also so see how that goes and just take it to a friend at Bridgestone to hopefully sought it out if still there.
