Do you still warranty/ support the struts if an upgraded upper control arm is installed? Considering one to help with these issues

Yeh mate, unless the upgraded control arm is going to cause issues with the strut i.e. physically damaging it, we'd have no issues with it mate - in fact i'd probably suggest it will make a nice little difference...
