Document upload - reference library

Hi All, been thinking it would be sweet to be able to upload documents into this site so we can share scanned PDF "softcopy" docs into a library type repository.
I have a few docs i'd like to post up and share with you folks but can't. Things like Oil reviews, Navara review from Aus 4x4 action mag, camping checklists, etc.

would this be possible or am i dreaming? (or does it already exist and i cant find it?)

Would probably be wise to ensure that no published document is copyrighted or breaches any copyright rules, never know who might be viewing it.
