D22 steelies & steering wheel shudder

Strange, I fitted tyres for two weeks a hundred years ago n had no complaints about balance.
How hard would you have to try to screw it up?

Glad to hear its sorted... It would be nice if they did the job right in the first place, but anyway... Shows there are still a lot of dodgy places out there......

Yeah. Maybe their machines are average or need calibrating? Who knows. I suspect the shop I used to check the balancing, which dented my truck, never even checked it. As soon as I came back again they washed their hands of it saying steelies are crap and are made poorly etc. Been using them for years and now will not return.

Sounds about like it...... Probably more the fact they couldn't be bothered dealing with it.... They would get into big trouble if their machine wasn't calibrated, so I don't like the chances of that being the issue...
