I'm a member,

Pro's: cheaper shooting at their ranges, unfortunatly the one near me only goes to 500, so I find that limiting now.

I like paying the little extra and getting the magazines.

Also, you have insurance if you are legally shooting on private property, it's something else you can tell the farmer to try and convince him to let you shoot.

If needed, I THINK it can help with your genuine reason for a lisence.

And Hunting in National Parks is definitely going to sway minds and win friends in the wider community.

I'm not convinced they have a clue as to what they are doing and are really following some person power trip ATM. My 2c says there are far more important gains that should be aimed for.
