I dont think you get what i mean, on mine the reason the mudflap is shaped to come out a little into the arch is because its shaped around the metal part of the panel
Lasoya, if u look at the inside top section of the mudflap a piece comes out into the arch, cut this section off an you'll hav no problems. i cant see why you'd need to cut away any metal or panel? easy as with a sharpe knife and it wont look any different when its done. mine cleares with plenty of room with stock suspension, recently put a 2" lift on and it doesnt even come close to scrubbing. hope this helps
to fit 265/75/16's on my navara im going to have to cut some of the panel away
Look at my pics then and they are only 245's and they just scrape, like i said no way will 265's fit without getting some panel work done. Just looked at my tyre placard in the glovebox and it says 255/70/16 so maybe the 02 and 03 navara is different to 04 upwards model?
Your placard will say 265/70/16, mine says 255/70/16, so something must be different between 03 and 04. No i have not had it since new, i dont know what offset the rims are but they are 16x8's, id say the offset is some of the reason why is scrapesi have an 04 model and run 265/75/r16 and no rubbing..
have you had your car since new? has it been in a prang?
maybe 03 is different...???

Joe, do you have any lift? or can 265/75/16 go on the factory alloys, at standard height?
A general question, I notice most guys that have 265/75/16 have sunraysia style rims, is that required, due to offset? or just personal choice for looks?
