Will 2001 D22 roof racks fit 2010 d22?

Hi all, As title state's. I can get access to a set of roof racks and rails off a 01D22 dual cab and am wondering if they'd fit straight on my 2010 d22 dual cab with out any mods needed?? Genuine bars are rails..

Shouldn't be a problem, the tub got longer around 2009, everything else is the same dimension wise.
