I’ve a Pathfinder TI550 with 228K on the clock. EGR replaced a few years ago and has the blanking plate fitted. Recently has developed a surging problem when idling and jumps between 650 and 750 rpm. Normal idle without fluctuations is around 700 rpm. Also will stall occasionally when coming to a stop so can’t let the wife drive it as too dangerous. I’ve read about the SCV being a potential cause but pretty sure the V9X doesn’t have one, could not find any reference to it in the workshop manual. I’ve put through several bottles of injector cleaner and changed the fuel filter, all to no avail. No codes are being logged either so bit of a mystery.
Any help from the forum greatly appreciated.
