tigerz 11 winch

hey has anyone got a tigerz 11 winch cause i used mine once and now it is not working,just wandering if anyone else had any trouble with them cheers

Have a look first at all connections. then try the solenoids. if still no luck try the warranty.

had mine 3 months and only used it a couple of times to move boat around the yard.went to use it yesterday and all it does is click and heat the wires up.looking hard for the reciept but as yet no luck.

Where did you buy it from? They should still have a copy avail, I have heard the product is backed up well so shouldn't have any problems getting the new parts required. Send an email direct to tigers

Is the battery fully charged? Mine will do that if there is not enough current.
