Hey guys,

Last week the ZD30 D22 started to stagger in 3rd & 4th gear

Thought is was blocked filters, so did the service, but still the same....

Thought it was a bad batch of diesel, but still the same.....

Come here, and read that it could be the neutral position switch.

Cracked out the spanners, disconnected it, and bang, problem fixed!!!!

So thanks to everyone who contributes to a most informative forum.....

mine did the same other day turned out to be my drinkbottle resting in gearstick boot not allowing it to go all the way back.

and with respect to the rest ... I know all about spending money on the Navara, and probably going over board (and thats without doing a SAS to it) now i need to decide what to 'unbolt' to 'lighten' the load.

Installed a turbo timer 6 months ago.

Last week alone:
Fixed the Neutral Position Switch
Did the EGR / butterfly mod...
Removed the snorkel pre-cleaner, and put 90mm flexipipe there instead....
Installed a baffled catch can....

I think I'm already on the slippery slope!
