Sunraysia rims front end vibration

Hey guys six months ago put some steelies on my d22 16/8 didn't drive car out of city for six months just did trip to Queensland realised when got on highway had front end vibration at round 80 100 ks had front tyres re balanced still same have done search on problem rims being out of round wondering if anyone has a solution was thinking steering damper

A steering damper would just mask the problem, you'd just end up with nackered shocks and flogged out steering joints. Find some new wheels.

Sounds like they weren't balanced properly.

They never balance properly. Well at least mine have never been able to be balanced properly. Just get used to it after a while, it's really not that bad on mine, after-all it's not a sports car. I've thought about trying those balance beads but have not yet.

What tyres?

I had the same tyres on the original rims with no problems. Went back to dealer today told him what's going he was very helpful said he just started having problems with said rims taking it in tomorrow and he said he will replace if rim is out of round

CSA 16/8 pos25 bought in port pirie supplier is in Adelaide
