Stx vs new st 2012

About to buy a navara which one would you go for new or old

Isn't the 2012 ST the same spec as the previous STX due model changes?

i thought someone said a while back that the STX was being removed in 2012 and the ST was being STX spec'd.

If that's not the case then it makes very little difference they are both almost the same and the STX just has more bling. Thai and Spain trucks have differences and it pays to be aware of those when buying mods but otherwise the choice comes down to how much you want to spend and what you want for your dollars.

The ST will be built in Spain (upspecced to current STX level) and the 550 badge will be removed and the STX will have the 3.0 V6 diesel, according to my local dealer.
