Just a quick question, I have done a search through the forum but to no avail. I am getting fault code C1140 (checked with my usual mechanic and double checked with Nissan directly). Looking like a new ABS Modulator is required. I have found an identical modulator second hand (same part number etc), for a fraction of the price Nissan quoted. The vehicle drives fine other than the ABS, VDC, and Slip lights popping on once hitting 20kms/hr.
My question is, would there be any issues getting this part dropped in to replace the faulty one - I would be getting my usual mechanic to do it for me.
