What percentage of the total travel length should be set as "sag"?

More sag = more comfort
Less sag = more performance (up to a point,of course) and higher ground clearance.

Also,
2 inch lift = car seating 2 inch higher?
or
2 inch lift = 2 inch longer suspension?

Zordo or Ultimate could put some input into this thread....

Thank you

The less static sag you have the bigger the chances of the suspension topping out.
With IFS vehicles everything is a compomise & some vehicles can achieve more downtravel than others
On D22s i normally allow a minimum of 10mm gap between the UCA & the bumpstop.
2" lift usually has the car 2" higher & also somewhat longer suspension
The longer suspension can vary between vehicles.
D22s will not have longer suspension at the front due to factory bumpstops.
Fitting UCAs will give more travel but will put the CVs at bigger risk.
D40s can achieve more front down travel with UCAs & longer struts
Cheers
