The navs and most if not all IFS set ups are lacking in down travel and by adding a spacer you have lost a little there as well, especially if your shocks are not longer to compensate and with out the UCA's you are very limited.
The rear is working well and you seem to be getting allot out of it, HOWEVER the front doesnt look like its moving at all and that is obviously where the problem lies.
I would get those UCA's in ASAP and go for an entire different coil shock combo and throw away the spacers.
You will find places like Ultimate suspension, Monster Rides (adjustable thread) and even Bilstein (adjustable clips system) will offer a longer shock stroke to compliment your extra travel gain
when using an after market UCA.

Personally i dont rate Ironman suspension at all as i have herd to many people who are just not happy with it and for all sorts of reasons from ride to how many km they got out of it before sagging or failure ect

Thanks for the advice but I don't see how the spacers on top of the strut limits down travel unless it hits the coil hat ( in my case it doesn't ) I'll measure my down travel when I get home but I no before I put extended ball joints in it use to hit the coil hat now the shock fully extends

Do many of use run with out the swaybar?

Only your rear springs would be rated 0-300kg your fronts are pretty much lifted then heavy duty to allow for winch and bar etc. Maybe you need a softer spring or a softer shock..
I have XHD Tough dog springs in the front and adjustable shocks which are tuned down to 2-4 cant remember exactly but any higher and its pretty rough..

If I try and lift the front up under the lower control arm it just starts to flex the back. Deffently need weight in the front

No way id run without the swaybar. Maybe a fulltime offroader, but onroad cornering would be ********* without one

No its not at all "*********" and until you try it with your particular spring you will never know.
I thought it would make a massive difference simply by looking at the size of it, BUT when you actually take it off it makes very little difference.

Yeah i do allot of off road but i also do heaps of black top, my D40 that was just written off had done close to 80,000km in 13months 60,000km + of that was done with out a sway bar.

It would prob make more of a difference with only the stock springs but not with a decent after market set.

I've been doing a bit of research lately as i'm about to invest in a lift and want to get mare than 50mm, I found out today that strut spacer's affects the compression of the shock. How was it before you put the spacer's in.
