Not sure if hes on here yet, just got some parts off Nizzbits, great service very helpful and much cheaper then nissan:big_smile:
 
That's funny, I ordered stuff from him today too. I like people who respond to their emails. Business owners take note.
 
Great, will have to see him for my 'Touring Kit' when I start putting it together.
 
yeah i've bought a few things from him now, and he is a cheap source even when you include postage. But my uncle has worked in spare parts at a ford/nissan dealership for 30+years so i get a good deal there also. kinda handy
 
Its funny these days how when we get good service we are surprised, i.e. it is not normal to get good service most industries. During my engine rebuild Nizzbits have been awesome and so has engine australia, but I have dealt with many others who's service has been crap, (in particular my Nissan dealer amongst others), not returining phone calls or emails, pricing way off and treating you like a moron when you have simple question because you were not the man who invented the diesel engine! Its really quite simple, good service gets my business every time.
 
thanks for the advice guys, i'm assuming this nizzbits is the one on ebay?

as simonk8 has said, engine australia are great, i've dealt with them hundreds of times over the years but i was under the impression they didn't service cars or 4x4's, perhaps i'm wrong.

Thanks for all those kind words. Have got off my butt and joined this forum. More nights reading forums when I should be in bed :eek:

To answer some of the above yes we do have a few things on Ebay most of the time but please if you are after something drop me an E-mail at [email protected] and mention the forum and it will give you our best price without having to outbid anyone etc.
Service is the most important thing to us. I love doing everything by E-mail or otherwise electronically in all parts of my life and businesses that don't embrace that annoy the hell out of me. If you don't want to do business that way then don't. Much better than not answering people. We try our best to maintain contact at all times and if there is a problem with an order or any problem we will contact people and let them know. That way we both know the situation and can work out anything that is not suitable for either party.
Anyway didn't want yto bang on forever but thought I should respond to the above kind words. Nice for the work to be appreciated.
