Its funny these days how when we get good service we are surprised, i.e. it is not normal to get good service most industries. During my engine rebuild Nizzbits have been awesome and so has engine australia, but I have dealt with many others who's service has been crap, (in particular my Nissan dealer amongst others), not returining phone calls or emails, pricing way off and treating you like a moron when you have simple question because you were not the man who invented the diesel engine! Its really quite simple, good service gets my business every time.
