Hi. While trying to diagnose the traction control & skid warning lights on - with information from here, the truck (2012 Navara D40 V6) is showing only the P0606 fault code.
Has anyone had this code and been able to fix it?

A web search says it's an internal ECU error. The truck is running ok.

I had the ECU programmed to remove the ERG fault when the valve failed a few years ago and I blanked it off.

I'm not sure if it's related to the warning lights, but I don't think so. I've not had a chance to work through the possible causes of the warning lights on.

I'm showing as a newbie here as I had to re-register. I've contributed for several years and also I've benefitted massively from the knowledge shared by members.

The manual says it's an "ECM calculation function is malfunctioning". Diagnostic procedure is as follows:

1) Turn ignition OFF and wait at least 10 seconds
2) Turn ignition ON and wait at least 5 seconds then check DTC, if it is clear the code and perform steps 1 and 2 again. If the code persists, replace the ECM.

That's the manual.

I'd check the earth on the ECM. It's a known sore point.
