NP300 Turbo Upgrade

I have just found out that the turbo in my 2015 NP300 is dying with only about 160,000km on the clock! So, this is a good opportunity to upgrade the turbo.
What do you recommend for a turbo upgrade for the NP300? (I already have intercooler, hot and cold pipes, and air intake upgraded)

On a recent trip from Newcastle to Melbourne I noticed when overtaking a car on the highway that the turbo started making an unusual high pitched squealing noise, not very loud but clearly audible. I was due for service when I got back anyway, so I raised this sound with my mechanic. He noted that the one of the journal bearings (bush) was wearing and that is what was causing the squealing noise under load.
I do have the twin turbo model, but couldn’t tell you which turbo is making the noise as the analysis was not done by pulling the turbo apart.

sounds like you need to pin point the exact cause.
it kinda sounds like you got the usual bs answer "it sounds like its the turbo" and its often the really expensive unrepairable one.
it can also be an exhaust leak. for eg egr pipes are known to crack.
so you need to confirm that it actually is a turbo and which one it is.

Salve, anche nella mia NP300, la turbina fa uno rumore acuto, l'ho portata dal meccanico ed abbiamo scoperto avere due turbine, una bassi regimi ed una alti regimi, il costo per la sostituzione e di circa 2400€ per entrambi, chiaramente sto optando per far fare revisione\rigenerazione alle turbine, cosa mi consigliate?
