small thought .....have you checked for air leaking into fuel lines?
put a bit of clear fuel line on the pump outlet. sometimes the injector return is a bit fiddly to seal properly and the pump sucks air in.

have checked the supply and return from the pump but not the injector return, will try and let you guys know. thanks

well the problem is sorted, no leaks no missing things no errors in engine rebuild. the injectors were the cause, new injectors and away she went. also installed a steinbauer chip for something extra when the rest of the mods are peformed. very impressed at the chips performance and what it does to the bottom end performance.

Has anyone experienced the seals around the injector leaking before or heard of it?

which seals? the ones on the rocker cover or the ones on top of the injectors?

the ones that seal the injector nut to the head just below the rocker cover seal on the drivers side of the engine

never heard of those ones leaking, maybe not put in quite right.
