I've never been one to keep up with the latest trends but I was always told orange tan wouldn't match my green hair.

Haven't been on here in a few days, been sick as a dog.

If anyone tells you they have the flu, run like theres no tomorrow.

Krafty post up a pic of your green hair. We all wanna see.

Dave.

so this is what you we're all up to over the long weekend. 11 pages??? and nothing technical???

welcome to the forum squeak, you have opened your account with a damn popular thread.

Dave repay the favour I'll post a pic of green hair if you post a pic of you being as sick as a dog

Unbeknown to me at the time I once had a mate ring up my cushy government job and tell my supervisor I was sick as a dog and couldn't come to work, was a bit of a shock the next day when I got to work and people were making smart arse comments that I had no idea about and to make matters worse the mate turned his bloody phone off so I couldn't abuse him.

Hey we got technical somewhere, we established that while squeak might be talked into a D22 she does actually have some taste and owns a D21. We've discussed her mechanical know how and we discussed something else worthwhile too I'm sure.

There was only one side track.....which lasted about 9 pages :eviltongue:

LOL Krafty. Name the place and time guys, I can show you blokes down any day. I live in shorts, sleeveless polo tops and covered in grease and oil (wouldn't have it any other way)

Even was thrown out of the rsl one night looking like that, apparently they have a dress code and it states must be wearing clean clothes PMSL.

Don't speak too much about being covered in grease and oil some of the guys here get excited by naked women on bonnets who knows what could happen if they thought a Nav driver got covered in oil.

We got kicked out of a nightclub in Chapel St years ago because we were over dressed. 1st and only time I've ever been told that.

LOL Thanks Will. I just go with the flow.

So I got the flu from you Dave. You didn't have to send it via virus in pc lol.

If it was that easy I would turn the computer off over winter, damn I hate being sick. Especially when I cant get time off work.

Not sure how to, but Ill keep thinking.

Was everyone wondering why your partner was ringing up for you ? Lol.

Hey look at the custom wiper thread, you never know.

Krafty did you were a wedding dress out again ?

Dave.

Wrong mate, was a long time ago and I was 160ks from work and had too many drinks to drive that far so a sickie was the easiest option. I just didn't expect my mate to ring up with a smart arse comment (although I really don't know why I'd have done the same to him). As far as excuses go though in hindsight I reckon it was a good choice, it doesn't say what is wrong and people tend to make a joke of it. Of course that wouldn't happen these days, one because working for myself I know I'm lying when I ring up sick but too I'm not silly enough to drink like that anymore.

No but we had not long ago come from a wedding. We got kicked out of Goldfingers in Melb when they discovered one of the guys we were with was only 17 (kinda hard to hide when he got hold of a g-string and started playing with it like it was the best toy he'd ever got). Then we went down to Chapel street and the bouncers told us that we had to take our ties off to gain entry into the nightclub, out suits were ok but the ties were a no no. I wasn't into cross dressing back then, especially not at someone elses wedding

Yeah that would stand out, when was the last time you were up this way ? Driving a truck ?

Dave.

It's been a while last time I was in your neck of the woods would have been sometime in 2001. I went through there in '88 on a family trip to Expo. I went up through that way in 97, we stopped in Cessnock to look at a log skidder on our way to Rocky to pick up a dozer.

When I lived in Sydney in 2000 a mate owned a boat and unit in Nelson Bay so we did a few tours around the area when we weren't fishing. I was also close to there about 3 years ago when I drove up the coast to Surfers to see my uncle.

**** 2001 I was in year 12.

I can remember years ago my nan gave me a mug from the 1988 Expo, what ever happened to expo ?

**** mate you get around.

Dave.

2001 I was contracting to a huge computer networking mob in Sydney, they had million dollar contracts and I was spending everyday either doing large networks or web pages and everyday at 4pm it was network games with about 30 office staff. I worked for them for nearly 18 months then some how the idiots went broke so I packed up my bat and ball and I left.

Expo is on every 4 years or something it's just not on here again so we don't give a rats about it.

I've only lived in 2 different states but I've been too all but NT but most of my trips interstate are fly by trips. Our trip to Rocky had 3 major stops in it, Cessnock, Rocky and Queenbeyan anything else was a stop for fuel food or a piss and lasted less than 20 mins so I haven't toured that much just driven alot.

How old are you Krafty ?

Whats your first name to, I prefer to be on a first name basis.

Dave.

I'm old enough to know better but young enough to still do it...although I'm getting close to the age where I can't be bothered doing it anyway.

And my name is Krafty I changed it via deed poll, and if you knew my cousin and what he changed his name to you'd have no problem believing my story.

It actually came from Kant Remember A ******* Thing I just got Krafty and changed the C for a K when I chose it as a business name but I've had the cheese jokes for as long as Kiwis have been getting sheep shagger jokes.
