Hi just thought id drop a line,
Been a Nav owner for the past 3 or so years great trucks in my opinion. First navara was a d21 with aftermarket turbo and a few other tid-bits, which was a great truck for the time i had it, would still be driving it but some undesirable decided red doesnt meen stop and t-bonned me at a set of lights. Damage wasnt too bad but insurance thought it wasnt worth the hassle.
So am now currently waiting delivery of a 09 d22, which i convinced the missus was the best thing to do, after i had already ordered it...
Polar white and the only options so far being a towbar, But already lined up for tint, keyless entry, tonneau and a little lift:top:
Anyways post some more when it finally arrives
Cheers

Well picked up the New ute late this week, and what can I say that new car smell is great! Drove it home from Brissie to the gold coast and was really happy with how it sat on the highway especially at 110 klicks, compared to my old d21 it pulls a full 1k revs less so fuel consumption should be a tad better:) Got to put the GPS in to see how far out the speedo is, what has others been? around 10kmh?
Cant believe that nissan pinched some pennies on not putting door strikes on passenger doors though and also do the Thai built models not have speakers/ mounts on rear doors, what have others done in this case?
Other than those 2 things which i think i will get over real quickly...... oh wait theres that new car smell.......... I am really happy with the truck

Hey there newD22,

I too have a polar white new D22, (one month old) but with a few more trimmings.

Yep, that new car smell is just sweet!

Enjoy the ride,

DJ
