Loss of power and black smoke

Hey guys,
Really wanting some help to diagnose my D40 Nav!

I have extreme loss of power and tonnes of black smoke on acceleration. Towing is even worse.

I’ve changed the fuel filter, air filter, SCV, boost sensors, injectors, checked glow plugs and turbo, all okay.

What else could it be??

Have you checked EGR valve? Any boost leaks (look for black oil on air hoses between turbo and intake manifold, and intercooler)?

Do you have a snorkel, and has anything gotten stuck in the intake pipe?

Is there a crack/hole in the exhaust manifold/EGR tube?
