Iron Man Bash plates

Hi guys just installed Iron man bash plates there was a bit of mucking around as I had to cut the plate below the gear box as the 2012 D40 vsk has had some cross members added. The main reason for this thread was to see if any one has had a banging noise from their plates. I believe it to be from where the transfer case plate is flexing on corrugated roads or driving over train tracks and is hitting the fuel tank plate.
Any thoughts on this.

I sorted the issue with some thick rubber in between the two plates problem sorted.

Yup had some probs getting mine sorted ( 2013 auto ) , nothing a sledge hammer and anvil cant fix and good idea on rubber too .
