Front caliper advice!

Hi all, very new on here, I've had a look through the threads but can't see what I'm looking for (please forgive me if I have missed it) Can anyone advise me where I can buy a replacement front caliper carrier for my 2004 D22? I have had no joy on the net or even finding a second-hand one. The guide bolt has sheared off in mine! I am in the process of trying to drill it out but with no vice or pillar drill, I don't have much faith? Also, any advice on wheel studs would be good, I lost five wheel nuts not long after buying the truck and replaced them with some from Milner, but they where incredibly tight to get back in, and now whilst looking at the brakes I have noticed that two have stretched!?
