finding genuine parts

Hello, and thank you for having me.
Does anyone know the best way to find genuine parts?
I need a nearside wing for my 2017 Navara and the amount of part numbers is staggering.
I have even been quoted from one body work shop that has an indicator hole in even though mine doesn't.
if I could find the correct part number i could check what others are going to use.

Any help would be appreciated.
