Awe to be fair joe it's not just this thread where the mighty Dmax gets a mention.

Does me having a thread on my Dmax really piss people off that much ?

I think it was all the added D-max comments a few of us started throwing around in just about every thread we could, it was after HJ cracked the ***** we all went a little over the top with it, IMO mainly to mock HJ for cracking it, BUT i dont think everyone realised that or they may of missed the part or thread where that all happened.:dontknow:

Anyway i dont give a toss what threads people start or comment on, if i dont like it i just dont read it, its really that easy,,, no one is being forced to click on a thread if they dont want to.
If they do read it and then whinge about it being there after they have decided to read it, then i suggest they.................... Take Off

Indeed, this thread will be staying.

Remember that farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggg guy who had the TD42 powered GU Patrol.

No one cried about his vehicle.

i honestly dont care what anyone drives as long as they arent a dick and saying any car is better than another

i think that the d40 is a great car for my use of it, a d22 is too small for me (i nearly have to sit in the rear while driving my mates)

while i think that the d-max looks tacky i wouldnt judge someone for buying it... they must like it in some way (unless u are just buying it for the sake of a crummy badge)

the only thing about this thread that i took offense too was the wellfare remarks..
i had no choice but to go on centrelink, i got my hrs at work cut back to the point of it being not worth the fuel to get there, while yes i am a uni student but i do try to work as much as i can

without centrelinks youth allowance there was a good chance of me having to me losing the car which would have alot of roll on consequences ie lose job etc

great points jimmy, although i doubt any remarks about wellfare would be directed at people such as yourself. there are genuine needs for wellfare, it's the abusers of the system that we all hate. giving someone a helping hand while they're studying to better themself and the economy is a far cry from someone sitting on their ass smoking weed and getting paid for it.

as for the D-Max, i think they're a great looking ute, good reliable Isuzu engine, just underpowered IMO, I think everyone just likes sticking to Dave as he's a forum admin, could be a mutiny coming... LOL!

Well said, couldn't agree more.

I feel your pain, I am full time and work whilst at uni, our stupid governments rant on about how important education is yet uni students get screwed over in every way.

im lucky that my parents have been able to help with the car etc...

but atm i only get about 240 a fortnight that barely covers my bills

one problem is that there are no jobs going atm that can work around uni or those that i do find are all hired by someone knowing some one

my sister was studying veterinary science, my mum is a single parent (dad ****ed off and doesn't care about us) anyway Centrelink deemed it fair for my sister to live on $68 a fortnight (she had to move out of home to) honestly I couldn't believe they expected my mum to have to support her living out of home... and to think there are still all these losers sitting at home who don't want to work or better themselves get full benefits.

they need to stop wasting money on the trash that lives in this country, send them to Indonesia as boat people or something haha.

We should have graffitiless spotless city's. no rubbish or long grass anywhere. That's what they should be doing. Plus the payments should be less than minimum wage for the known bludgers. So the ones out there studying can earn a decent wage. I know people working 40hrs a week for less than some people on welfare.
