It's a popup scam advert (nothing to do with us, it's Mediafire doing that). Close the window and you should be able to download the file (AU D40.RAR).

Try this link instead, it should take you directly to the download with a captcha in the way - enter the captcha but watch out, they still launch popups. The download ought to start.
The file's too big to post here directly (70Mb). Try again, if it doesn't work then hey, you're in Newcastle ... we can find a pub somewhere to hand over a CD with it on.

Awesome @Malicious. Thanks very much for the drop box share. There is quite a difference to the pre 2010 service manuals and the content you have provided which covers the 140kw version.
