d40 roof rack keys problem

i have a d40 with nissan roof racks
i never got the keys for them and i asked a couple of locksmiths but they couldnt help
i rang nissan who said they couldnt get them even though i gave them the lock code number
any ideas where i could get a key from ?

If you bought the car from a dealer, I'd ask them. Failing that, they're manufactured somewhere and someone must supply the locks.

Very disappointing hearing Nissan's approach.

does anyone know who makes the genuine roof racks , they have the locks in the rails
they have a panel in the back which lifts up
does anyone know how to remove them or if i can remove them without damaging the locks
