For those who carry a fair amount of weight in their trays, just remember you dont want your Nav sitting DEAD even front and rear. You'll still want the tail sitting slightly higher than the front, otherwise when you load it right up, the rear will be sitting slightly lower than the front and will look ****.
Unless you have constant load springs, but even still, you dont want it dead even.
Mine has 60mm front lift and 70mm rear lift as i do carry dirtbikes etc in the tray. Just dont expect to put 25mm+ spacers up front and not bust a CV or have the UCA's knocking the coil bucket up front.
For the SIZE of the spacer, add approx 10mm EXTRA for the lift size.
EG: 25mm spacer = 35mm lift approx
