The heater coil in the interior ventilation in my 2011 D40 ST-X has sprung a leak. To fit a new one is a sh*t of a job because you have to dismantle the whole dash board right down to the ventilation matrix to get at it. I really don't feel like doing it myself. It is an uncommon job to dismantle the whole dashboard and I don't want to have to pay someone to learn how to do it. Can anyone suggest a place anywhere in the greater Sydney area (or even further afield) who are really familiar with D40s (and competent and reliable) who could do the job? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm surprised no one has posted some information for you yet. Members, if you can help @Monsta, please post and give them any ideas.

in all honestly, unless there is a nissan or navara specialist in Sydney, its an odd job even for a mechanic.
having said that a specialists is not really needed. most decent mechanics could do it. its just one job i would not cheap out on.

btw i assume its coolant leaking not water from the aircon.

Yep, it's coolant. I've bypassed the heater coil for the moment to stop the leak, but these chilly mornings I really miss the heater!

Thanks for your advice tweak'e. I was really hoping that someone could point me at a good Navara specialist somewhere around Sydney.
