D40 bullbar weight limit

Hi all. I was told while buying my new Navara today that if I fit a bullbar over 50kg the front suspension needs to be upgraded to compensate for the weight. Does this sound right to anyone?

Yep, for sure. It will droop heaps up front.

And a power latch. Its funny as mine only dropped 10-15mm. The block head at Nissan didn't even say anything about the suspension or on going recall. It should by right be cover by warranty

Covered by warranty? The sales guy said this is normal.
