Here is what I did to install the bypass from this thread: http://www.navara.asia/showthread.php?t=17634
Each photo is labelled and referred to in the steps. Any other questions ask me here.
Hope it helps.
Tools: Phillips&Flat blade screw driver must be left handed of course.
Sockets set.
Needle nose pliers.
Heat gun.
Gloves.
Saw.
Electrical tape.
Sikaflex.
Plastic bag+lackey.
Large metal hose clamp.
Compressor+air hose/blower.
Rags (not that time of the month ones either).
Corona's.
White teeth (for smiling at the new intake sound).
Silicon joiner (would be great to use if you have one if not you can do what I did in step 5)
Step 1: Get all your tools sorted and have a glance inside the engine bay first to see what your dealing with. Read over your instruction sheet whilst looking at the filters to further your knowledge and saving thinking later. Photo 1 & 2 are of the instruction sheet and bypass part.

Step 2: Undo your main filter clips and also unscrew the intake hose which goes to your turbo intake and remove the hose from the intake, this will make it extremely easy to work with more room and get the air filter out. Install your plastic bag over the turbo intake with the lackey around to stop crap getting in there whilst working. Make sure your keys are out of the car and in your pocket so no one starts it up and sucks the bag into the turbo! Photo's 3, 4 & 5.

Step 3: Remove the air sensor out from the pipe which is located just before the main filter. I used needle nose pliers as it makes it extremely easy to remove. Photo's 6&7.

Step 4: Remove the Pre Cleaner and main filter from car referring to the instruction sheet on how to, I used some sockets to crack the screws loose as they were too tight for the screw driver. Dont lose/throw anything out just yet including screws/clamps. Now also remove the air sensor itself & the rubber grommet from where the air sensor was located and transfer to the new bypass pipe. I cleaned my sensor with contact cleaner before re installing. DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE ie WD40 on the sensor it will **** it.Photo 8.

Step 5: (Tricky part unless you have silicone joiner) Now the pipes from the snorkel to the bypass dont fit together unlike the pipe from the pre cleaner to the snorkel before. So I got the pipe that use to connect to the snorkel& pre cleaner ( Photo 9) and the bypass pipe. I then put the main filter back into the car and checked how much I needed to cut off the bypass pipe in order to get enough clearance so I could marry up a joiner (cut from old snorkel to pre cleaner pipe) for it to fit correctly. I then cut the old pipe (photo 9) to the correct length to create the joiner. I then cleaned the shavings off from cutting the sleeve and bypass pipe then blew the rest out with compressed air. I then heated this new sleeve, with a screw band on the bypass ready to slip over the joiner, and once floppy ( be sure not to heat it too much otherwise it will lose the perfectly round shape for the snorkel side and it could also bubble the plastic) you put the sleeve on the bypass pipe and then slide the hose clamp over and do up so it seals to the bypass pipe nice and water tight. You may want to have your screwdriver/socket driver ready and close so its easy to do and use your gloves as the plastic will remain hot! for some time. Let it cool or dump into some water to set and let it dry Photo's 9&10.

Step 6: You can then put some sikaflex in the gap around the joiner ( Photo 11) to make it even more water tight. Make sure it dries for a few days so its set hard.

Step 7: I then removed the main filter again and taped down the foam thats on it to make the bypass triangle end fit more snug and water tight. Then putting the bypass pipe and main filter in first I then reconnected to the snorkel and tightened the hose clamp's up ( you will need two on the snorkel side of the bypass as you can see in photo 12 )

Step 8: Refit your air sensor (photo 13) and air filter and remove the plastic bag and refit the pipe for the turbo intake and clip the main filter back on. Make sure you check everything you have done before turning your engine on. I then turned the car on and used the plastic bag to cover the snorkel inlet to see if I was getting any air sucked in around where I made the joiner, bypass pipe and I didnt have any!

Step 9: Smoko + Coronas (last photo) and then use your white teeth to smile at your new sound!
