D22 frontier vs navara headlights

Hey guys, I picked up a 2000 d22 frontier yesterday. Never been a fan for the sunken headlights on them. I know other markets offer better looking flush headlights and I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction on where to buy some. Or if someone has some I'd be interested in buying them. Pic of what I'm looking for(white truck) and Pic of what i have (yellow truck)
If I can make my current grill work I would just trim as needed. If that's not possible then I'm looking for a grill as well. Thanks

frontier and navara are not identical afaik.
one simple problem is left hand drive vers rht hand, the lights point the wrong way.
i suggest looking at lights from the later frontiers.
