Radio Code

Hello everyone, I just brought a Nissan Navara d40 2011 and need some help.

The car got a new battery the day I brought it and I need to put the radio code in.

My problem is the code 8529 and my numbers only go 1-6. I’ve tried holding the number down, pressing it multiple times and it does not change it. It just enters that.

Any help with how to enter it would be very much appreciated, I only have 3 attempts left before I get locked out. I’ll add a photo of the radio.

I could try explaining it but this video does a better job (if a picture is worth a thousand words, just what is a video worth?).

HI, I just saw this post after just posting about the same problem with the same radio. The reply with the youtube vid shows a different model ... can't seem to match it up to our model. Did you end up working it out?

No Rob spent hour and a half this afternoon, I have since found a number to Nissan, Telephone number 0330 123 1231, UK. I will ring them tomorrow.
I'll let you know the result.
