d22 bullbar on a d21

Hi all.

just curious as to whether or not a d22 bullbar from ironman, TJM or arb will fit my 86 dual cab d21

pretty sure it wouldn't bolt straight up. but i'm sure u could custom fab some new mounts to suit.

Might look a bit out of place though, considering the different body shapes. If you are or have mates who are good with a welder you could always build your own....

It won't bolt on, there'd be some fairly extensive bracket-making required.

It also won't make a lot of sense mounted up as the front end shape (in elevation view) is quite different due to evolving pedestrian protection requirements. Bars for older Hiluxes are more available and make more sense but you'd still be making your own brackets.
