D22 QD32 throttle spindle

Greetings all. I've got my hands on a 2000 D22 and it looks to me like I don't get full throttle.
When I press the accelerator pedal to the floor, the spindle only moves about 30 degrees. Given that I can move it about 90 degrees by hand, I reckon it should be more than 30 degrees. I don't think it's the correct cable but knowing how much it should move/turn is a good start to fixing the lack of power, particularly when towing.

Mate I'll check on mine tomorrow and let you know, there is a manual throttle stop built into the assembly there also.
