No worries, we do a fair bit with Prime, they're pretty good to deal with. The owner is an electrical engineer (as opposed to some shady foreign importer) so he only imports decent quality LED and makes sure everything is tested thoroughly before it gets put on the shelf. They did the LED for the Clem7 tunnel here in Brisbane, and I think they did the China Town Mall recently too for the council.

Still haven't fu#king received them. The supplier said they have resent them but i'm now thinking they are holding out for the PayPal complaint thingy to expire.

Not happy:devil:

Yep,
He swears to me that they were sent at the beginnining of last month, yet they haventarrived.
I buy a fair bit from the USA and have never had this problem, email today has asked wether I would like the item re-sent as it has obviously bee lost n the mail.
Either that or it wasnt sent in the first place but I will NEVER deal with KANGDIGITAL again.

Ha, you'd never guess. After waiting nearly two months for mine and complaining to the Ebay supplier, who resent them, two lots showed up. I now have 20 to play with.

I have a week in Broome next week looking after the young fella while the misses is at a conference so looks like it'll be me and the van, and car, having some personal alone time.

Must remember to pack a box of tissues....

Well i had a busy weekend......here's some pics of the finished product...ive got a couple left so i think il put some under the doors so you can check ur footing at night.

Just looked back for this thread, need some for toolbox lights.

They are now the princely sum of $1.00 each for anyone interested.

Think i'll order a bunch of em

Hey you lot don't go buying them all. I'm going to get some for my home office when I eventually move house (and maybe some for the Nav) but I'm not ready for then yet so spare some for those in line :eviltongue:

If I went and bought a hundred of these (= 14 amps) and stuck a pair of solar panels on the roof of my house with a couple of 100Ah gels I could replace my entire household lighting and have more light than I do now.

Crying shame that I get advertising stuffed in my letterbox from some "LED Specialists" offering me a SINGLE light for $39.95.

I think it's time I started ordering more of these myself.

I'm considering 1 string over my desk 1 string over the work bench and 1 in the back of the ute, given the amount of light half decent LED's put out I reckon anything else is an overkill, but that's just my opinion because I don't think I need MCG lighting to see things.

You guys are off the rails and I dig it!

I wouldn't mind replacing the canopy brake light with a strip like that and the work required for some household lighting, especially the back patio is mighty tempting.

My canopy brake light is already an LED strip, but I don't think it works because by the time I get around the back of the car the light has gone off
