Zero offset rims and tyre shaking

Hey chaps had 16" sunraysia rims with zero offset and 265/70 fitted the other day. Full new set. The car seems to shake a lot and even through the steering wheel. I have taken back to the tyre mob 3 times now and they have tried to fix but with no sucess.

My thoughts are a buckled rim. But the tyre outfitter says not possible. Anyway any thoughts guys or similar issues?

I had the exact same symptoms years ago that the tyre dealer could not find. It turned out to be an out of round tyre, a fault from the factory. Not saying yours is the same but food for thought.

Are they king rims? If so, scrap them and get ROH. Had the same issue.
