Hey everyone, on my 1991 d21 (2wd z24) my engine stalls as I'm slowing down (eg coming up to a stop), and also if I'm driving along and put it in neutral, obviously the rpm will drop, and again it stalls. The engine won't stall if I keep the revs up. And also, it idles but as soon as I rev it (from idle) it dies back down and stalls. I'm stumped, can anyone help?

Cheers

Sounds like a carby issue, google the problem without model-specifics and you'll find plenty of info.

could be lots of things but 3 that spring to mind are

manifold / vacuum leak :- the gasket manifold to head or manifold to carby bolts could be lose a bit or a vacuum line broken / torn / come off

idler fuel cut off valve on the carby not working :- lots of reasons why that could be

chunk of crap in the idler jet in the carby
