Yet another new guy

Hi All,

After owning a XR8 for the past 2 years, and having a baby 8 weeks ago, the Good Lady Wife said "We can't fit a pram and dogs and a baby in your car, You need to get a Family car". So after a bit of research, and a lucky find, I purchased (just this Thursday) a 2007 Duel Cab Nissan Navara ST-X D40 Turbo Diesel with 57800 kms on the ODO. Installed the baby seat this morning. Now I need to change over the stock head unit (which I have asked for a bit of help in the tech tips section)
I'm in East Gippsland in Victoria.
Looking forward to asking some stupid questions as I know sweet F.A. about cars in general!!!

Welcome Dave, mate the only stupid question is the one that you don't ask! I don't know much about cars either but if you hang around here and you're gonna find yourself doing things to your car you didn't think you had in you. That and you'll definitely notice how money will now burn a hole in your pocket.
