Will a D22 dual cab tray fit a D40 dual cab?

Hey guys I’ve been looking for a tray for my D40 dual cab but the ones I’ve found are too far gone or are to expensive for my budget. I’m just wondering if a D22 dual cab tray will have the same mounting points as a D40 dual cab from the same year so I can bolt it straight on As I have no tools to fabricate new mounting points or dose anyone know of a place I can find a D40 dual cab tray for a reasonable price in
Victoria. Australia?

i doubt it very much because the chassis are different sizes.

Around $1500 for a decently kept tray
Or under $1000 for a tray that needs work like remover surface rust and paint

Trays are harder to get. What about one from a front-end wreck?

Theres a couple on eBay at the moment, like this one - but it's a little dearer than you hoped.
