What should I replace the interior flooring with?

So I'm contemplating stripping the cab of my 06 d22 and removing all flooring to clean and dry it out completely to ensure no rust after water got in there. Aswell as hopefully stopping it from smelling like dog's balls. What's my best bet on replacement flooring? While I'm in there I'm going to put acoustic lining down and was thinking of possibly using a marine style carpet, just not sure what would be good tho.

When i had my 2008 D22 DX it only had a Vinyl floor , I went to Bunnings and bought car carpet , it improved the sound deadening and appearance Greatly .
