Water leak

Hello peeps. I have a d40 07 aventura. Last year timing chain broke upgrade to duplex, ran lovely for 2 months then took to my dad's for Xmas turbo popped, replaced that. I think it had airlock popped head gasket on way home just fix that now I have water coming from thing under oil filter. What is it ??????

It's OK found out it's oil cooler ordered and on way lol
